Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance processes tailored to the construction industry.
Collaborate closely with project teams to seamlessly integrate quality considerations into all phases of construction.
Lead thorough root cause analysis investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure strict compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
Review and approve quality documentation, inspection reports, and testing results.
Act as a subject matter expert on quality management tools and methodologies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality control staff.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance construction quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction-focused quality engineering roles.
Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
Extensive understanding of industry-specific quality standards, codes, and regulations.
Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement in construction quality.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and English Language skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) are a plus.
