We are looking for a great HR Manager to lead our growing HR team!
As an HR Manager, you are responsible for overlooking and managing the HR processes and practices in our company. You will also manage the recruitment process, the hiring team, employee performance, and talent management. Your role as an HR Manager will play an integral part in our company’s success. To become a successful HR Manager, you should make sure that we have an HR team that is happy and productive.
Roles & Responsibilities
Mange the recruitment process efficiently.
Develop and implement HR strategies that are well aligned with our business strategy.
Hire qualified and outstanding recruiting staff.
Oversee and train the recruitment team.
Conduct smooth and efficient performance reviews.
Nurture a working environment that is happy, positive, and productive.
Carefully handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
Actively take part in career exhibitions.
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends.
Champion the onboarding process and ensure all new employees are smoothly on-boarded.
Bachelor’s degree Human Resources or similar field.
7 years of experience working as an HR Manager or executive role.
Excellent experience in coaching, training and educating team members.
Extensive knowledge of health and safety laws, labor law, HR policies and systems.
Proficient knowledge of using HR software and/or Applicant Tracking System.
Ability to successfully build interpersonal relationships.
Strong leadership, communication and English Language skills.
